WHAT ARE WE DOING?
We pump ourselves, giving the opportunity to find and realize ourselves through teamwork, training and work in 3 departments: HR (Human Resources), CR (company relations), PR (Public Relations).
HR DEPARTMENT
HR (Human Resources) performs work with personnel, coordinates relations between the participants. This department monitors the databases, as well as the transfer of experience from seasoned participants to newcomers, organizing various trainings and sharings. In addition, it is he who holds the new set in BEST EKATERINBURG!
VERONIKA BAIGHILDINA DEPARTMENT HEAD
CR DEPARTMENT
CR (company relations)- the most purposeful department. He is engaged in searching for resources and attracting companies to mutually beneficial cooperation, conclude deals with them, thereby ensuring all activities with material support and replenishing the budget of our BEST group.
DARIA DVOYNISHNIKOVA DEPARTMENT HEAD
PR DEPARTMENT
PR (Public Relations) engaged in work in social networks, development of designs and their embodiment in life, photo and video support of events. Without these guys there would not be this group and at the university no one knew about the international organization BEST Ekaterinburg.
